1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or placing an order on objetseoul.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

2. Wholesale access

Objet Seoul is a business-to-business wholesale platform. Access to pricing, product availability, and ordering is restricted to approved retail accounts.

  • Accounts are approved at our sole discretion
  • You must provide accurate business information during application
  • Wholesale prices may not be shared publicly or with competitors
  • We reserve the right to revoke access at any time

3. Orders and payment

Objet Seoul uses an invoice-based ordering process:

  • Submitting an order is a purchase intent, not a binding contract
  • We review each order and send a payment link within 1–2 business days
  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
  • We reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel any order

All prices are in USD and represent wholesale prices exclusive of shipping.

4. Minimum order quantities

Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) displayed on its product page. You must meet the MOQ for each product in your cart. We enforce MOQs at the time of order submission and review.

5. Shipping and fulfillment

Shipping terms and timelines are communicated at the time of invoicing. We handle import logistics from Korea. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and cancellations

Wholesale orders are generally final once payment is confirmed. We accept return or cancellation requests in cases of:

  • Defective or damaged goods received
  • Significant discrepancy from ordered items

Contact hello@objetseoul.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim. We do not accept returns for change of mind, overstock, or slow sales.

7. Intellectual property

Product images, brand assets, catalog content, and all other materials on this platform are owned by Objet Seoul or licensed from our brand partners. You may use product images solely for resale purposes of Objet Seoul products. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our content for any other purpose without written permission.

8. Prohibited use

  • Purchasing for personal use (non-retail resale)
  • Purchasing for resale on Amazon, eBay, or similar mass-market marketplaces without prior written approval
  • Sharing access credentials with third parties
  • Scraping or automated access to platform data
  • Misrepresenting your retail operation during application

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Objet Seoul's liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you to Objet Seoul in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
